We have a wide range of excellent up-to-date equipment in our Cardio Room, two Resistance Training Areas, Wellness Gym, Cycling Studio, a kick box area and one of Adelaide's largest Group Fitness Rooms
Personal Training is at the heart of learning the joys of exercise and staying healthy from us Guaranteed results or your money back! We also offer a variety of Massages, Therapies and a Nutritionist.
Our facility has air-conditioning and extra fans to some areas, fully qualified staff, plus specialised personal trainers are available.

Cardio Room
With a range of many different types of up-to-date electronic equipment, plus Plasma TV's with Foxtel, you can be sure the Cardio Room will keep you motivated and entertained while burning those unwanted calories.

Wellness Gym
The Wellness System allows Wellness trainers to design an individual exercise program for a member, keep track of the member's workouts, and provide feedback. It is a large gym with exclusive use for wellness members.

Resistance Training
We have two resistance training areas !
A toning gym and a free weight gym. You can choose where you want to work out.

Kick Box Training Area
Separate Kick Box and Punching Bag area.

Cycling Studio
RPM is fantastic for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. RPM is very focused on safety and creating intensity through simulating varying terrains throughout the class. Powerful music provides a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that will empower you to test your limits !

Massage
Therapeutic Massage, Sports massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Integrating Structural Balancing, Shiatsu (Japanese Acupressure Points)
Massage will benefit everyone whether you are a professional athlete, sports competitor, business person or office worker.

Child Minding
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Ages 6 weeks to 5 years
Members $2 for the first child and $1-50 for additional child.
Non- Members - $2-50 for the first child and $2 for additional child.
