Studio
With 40 bikes and numerous classes
on offer throughout the week including
RPM and RPM50, get cycling and Push

Group Fitness Studio (Studio 1)
High energy classes with up to 90
people take place in Studio 1. With
fully sprung floors to help reduce
impact the room pumps with the energy
created. |

We have 2 circuit rooms! Tailor the
circuits to suit your needs, whether
it's a gentle workout or intense pre-season
training. |

Group Fitness Studio (Wellbeing Studio)
This studio fits 20 people and is
great for those slower paced more
intimate classes. |

Training Studio
With PUSH personal trainers you're
sure to get the results you're after.
This room provides a space for clients
to work one on one or in a group with
their trainers, providing a safe environment,
away from the main gym area. |

Work out on your own, push your limits
and improve your cardio fitness. With
a great selection of machines for
all cardio workouts, Tv screens with
Foxtel for your entertainment, come

Training
Strengthen and tone, with a range

Swim Centre
Is the perfect place to learn to swim
or swim for fun, fitness or rehabilitation
all year round. With two heated indoor
pools and highly trained staff the
swim centre is a great place to relax
and have fun. STARplex Swim Centre
is also one of the first Centre's
in the country to run the Aqua Zumba
