What does Personal Training mean with Xosize?
Programs can be designed with an emphasis on total fitness and wellbeing in areas of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and nutrition. Your XOSIZE personal trainer will design a program for you incorporating scientific exercise progression and specific target-area training.   • One on two or One on three: Partner or small group training: Husband/Wife, Boyfreind/Girlfreind, Friends, Work buddies, mother-father/son --daughter, sisters, brothers, whatever combination this is a great way to work with a partner and can be both economical and motivational way to train whilst still getting that personal attention
