AQUATIC FACILITIES
Please be advised that on Wednesday 10 April the Hydrotherapy Pool will be closed for maintenance. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Our aquatic facility is home to your local Swim and Survive program. These swimming and water safety lessons are designed to keep children and adults safer in, on and around water and are facilitated by AUSTSWIM accredited swimming teachers.

We also host competitive squad programs and local swim clubs.

CAFE
We have an onsite cafe to suit all of your food and beverage needs. We are open daily and serve delicious coffee, all day breakfast items as well as fresh daily selections of sandwhiches and wraps to fuel you pre or post workout.
