With three studios focused on Mind & Body, Cycle and a wide variety of classes, we have a class to suit every fitness level and aspiration. Whether you want to lift weights, do Olympic lifting, use a sled or do freestyle group training we have the facilities to suit. We offer four changing rooms with two of these offering you a luxurious changing area, personalised lockers and laundry service within our luxurious Black Label offering.
